Uses of CBD for Muscle Relief

I’m a very active person and typically enjoy a moderate level of intensity when I exercise. But every so often, I get inspired to do an intense workout and afterwards my muscles are sore! To help with muscle recovery I stretch, do SMR, ice, and use a topical CBD Muscle Relief roll on gel from iCBD.

This particular CBD is full spectrum. Full Spectrum. Full Spectrum CBD contain several naturally occurring cannabis plant extracts including up to 0.3% THC. Broad Spectrum is typically entirely free of THC but still contains several naturally occurring cannabis plant extracts. I’ve tried both broad spectrum and full spectrum and don’t feel much of a difference. The trace amount of THC in the full spectrum goes unnoticed to me and I have no history using cannabis. So if you are hesitant like I was about trying CBD, no worries! You won’t feel any psychodynamic effects. All of the effects are subtle and occur over time with consistent dosing.

Results of using these iCBD products will very. But I will say that consistency and patience are key. You’ll need to be consistent with your dosing of the CBD oil and also wait a few weeks to notice results.
