New Book: Weight Training For Women
After a LOT of hard work behind-the-scenes for the past several months, I'm so excited to finally announce something...I have a new book coming out on May 12!!! The book is called, Weight Training For Women is all about building strength by using free weights. It includes exercises, workout programs, and home workout hacks. That means this book is effective for teaching you how to workout at home ( while keeping safe and practicing social distancing) and at the gym (once they reopen).
